How to use:
Wet your hair and wash it the first time with your usual shampoo, gently massaging the scalp.
Wash your hair a second time with the toning shampoo from roots to ends. Leave on for 2–5 minutes.
Rinse with warm water and apply conditioner for 1–5 minutes.
Tip: before use, it is recommended to mix the shampoo with water 1:3 and wash hair with the resulting mixture. Use every third wash.

• Does the shampoo lighten hair?
No. Direct pigments do not lighten hair. The shampoo works with your existing base and adds/maintains a color nuance.
• Why can one shade look different on two people?
The result depends on your starting color, tone-depth level, background nuance and hair porosity. The lighter and more porous the hair, the more intensely it takes up pigment.
• Can I use it on natural hair?
Yes, but the result will depend on the base. On dark natural hair a light toning nuance may be practically invisible. The shampoo will not make hair lighter.
• Is it suitable for lightened hair?
Yes. The toning effect is most pronounced on lightened hair. On very porous areas the pigment may build up more intensely.
• How long should I leave it on?
The recommended leave-on time is 2–5 minutes.
• How often can I use it?
As needed to maintain your shade. You don't have to use it at every wash.
• Does it replace a toning mask?
No. They are different formats. The shampoo primarily cleanses while also maintaining a color nuance.
